Dr. Bing Tang

Dr. Bing Tang is the Co-Founder and CTO of BASINGLEAD. A Ph.D. in Engineering and senior engineer, he brings over 13 years of experience in 3D digital product development and is a member of the China Democratic National Construction Association.
He leads the R&D of BASINGLEAD’s core product systems, including:
Practice Series – Foot-spine scanning systems
Ideal Series – Orthotic design software
Truth Series – High-speed 3D orthotic printers
TPU-based composite printing and automated production lines
These innovations are first of their kind in China and are widely adopted in rehabilitation clinics worldwide.
Dr. Tang holds 7 invention patents, 48 utility model patents, 14 software copyrights, and has published 4 SCI-indexed papers.
He also serves as:
Visiting professor and startup mentor at multiple universities
Board member of the China Ceramic 3D Printing Alliance
Executive member of the Nanjing Silicate Society and Jiangbei Federation of Industry and Commerce

Anggie Zhu

Anggie Zhu holds an MBA from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and currently serves as a Distinguished Professor at Nanjing Xiaozhuang University, a Recognized High-Level Talent in Nanjing, and a recipient of the Lvgu Valley Elite Talent Program.
With over a decade of experience in CRM and brand strategy, she has led key CRM projects for global luxury brands including BMW, Volvo, Infiniti, Jaguar Land Rover, and Porsche. Prior to co-founding BASINGLEAD, she held CRM leadership roles at several international five-star hotel groups, and built a service training team of nearly 100 people.
As BASINGLEAD’s Co-Founder and Head of Global Business Development, Anggie has led the brand’s expansion into over 50 countries, serving more than 300 rehabilitation institutions and clinics worldwide. Her leadership has been instrumental in establishing BASINGLEAD as a trusted global brand in the field of intelligent orthotic solutions.
Anggie is a firm believer in long-termism, professionalism, and trust-based cooperation, and is committed to driving the global evolution of rehabilitative care through innovation and partnership.

Dr. Jinxing Cao

Dr. Jinxing Cao earned his Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering from Nanjing University of Science and Technology and was a visiting scholar at Gomel State University, Belarus, under the China Scholarship Council program. He was selected for the “China Association for Science and Technology Outstanding Young Scholars Exchange Program” and named a Top Young Talent of Nanjing (2024).
He currently serves as a lecturer at Nanjing Xiaozhuang University, teaching Polymer Physics and 3D Printing Design Fundamentals. His research focuses on interface modification of polymer-based and biofunctional materials, especially using supercritical fluid-assisted extrusion and plasma-enhanced surface deposition techniques. He has published over 20 peer-reviewed papers and participated in several national and provincial-level scientific research projects.

Ming Xu

Holds a master's degree from Tongji University in Shanghai. He previously worked at United Automotive Electronic Systems Co., Ltd. as a product development expert. He is currently serving as the General Manager of Zhenjiang Baiseng Technology Co., Ltd. (BASINGLEAD).

He holds 1 authorized invention patent, 8 utility model patents, and 3 software copyrights. He owns patents related to personalized orthopedic insole and cranial assessment and orthotic design technologies.

He has successfully developed the BASINGLEAD Practice-2X plantar measurement algorithm software, Ideal-X intelligent foot orthotics design software, and the Truth-2X 3D printing control system and equipment.
