BASINGLEAD offers a fully automated and intelligent solution for custom orthotic insoles, covering the entire workflow from foot scanning to design and 3D printing. Our proprietary software integrates biomechanical analysis and parametric modeling to generate personalized support structures based on individual foot pressure and gait data. This system is paired with our high-speed 3D printers and supports dozens of validated material options—including medical-grade TPU composites—ensuring precise performance, comfort, and safety across a variety of use cases from rehabilitation to sports and daily wear. By maintaining strict control over design, software, and materials, BASINGLEAD redefines insole customization with efficiency, scalability, and medical-grade accuracy.

Through 3D foot scanning and AI-driven biomechanical analysis, we generate a digital foot model and design functional structures based on pressure distribution and gait data—perfectly matching individual needs. The full workflow includes: 3D foot scanning (static/dynamic), automated analysis of gait and pressure distribution, software-assisted or manual structural design, data transmission to printing equipment, 3D printing, post-processing, and delivery to hospitals or end users.

Our products are widely used in: Hospital departments such as rehabilitation, orthopedics, pediatrics, and diabetic foot centers. Rehabilitation institutions and orthotic/prosthetic centers. Sports training facilities and elderly care centers. Individualized needs such as flat feet, high arches, plantar fasciitis, and diabetic foot prevention.
